Here I go again, but I promised to tell all every time this bank went above and beyond!
A payroll problem at my company this morning left me in a serious limbo. I emailed Paul Vernich, my trusted banker and Asst VP and branch manager, and he was able to handle the problem for me (IN UNDER AN HOUR!). Where else on earth would an Asst VP at a bank handle your email personally in that short a time?
Seriously, if you are sick of the no service, we don't care about you only your account banks all over town, open an account at Avenue!

I am NOT being compensated for this! But, in this day when banks are running away with their power, I wanted to let all of you know about my bank, Avenue Bank. They charge no fees and will not be. Also, they refund any ATM fees I get charged by other banks.
Here is an email I just sent my banker there and his reply...(Me) Hey, Paul! I hope you are well! You guys aren't going to start charging fees like these other banks are you?
(Paul ) NO! we are definitely staying away from that. We are able to because of our asset size and our overall core values. As you know, we also will not charge ATM fees anywhere in the world. Thanks for asking though and feel free to spread the word to anyone that I might be able to save from the monthly fees. Have a great one, Chad!

I am blown away by how much I am in love with a bank! I mean really, you guys have taken me by surprise and it is really awesome to have a bank that you don't dread going to. Mallory really is fantastic at the West End location when she helped me set up my checking account yesterday! She said that I should receive my debit card in 2-3 days! Not Weeks!!!! I am very impressed so far and I know that I will be with this bank for a very long time! Thanks Ave!

After being finally fed up with the service at (another well known bank, name removed), I overheard a conversation at the Post Office regarding great service at Avenue. I checked them online and enrolled at the Cummins Station branch. Paul signed me up. Since then I have had several questions which he answers immediately on email. I had to go to the Cool Springs branch yesterday and received perfect service there, too! If you are not a million dollar client but want to be treated like one, this is the place for you!

Recently, Santi Tefel at the West End branch called to tell me that my account was overdrawn. When I told Santi I didn't recognize the source of the charge responsible for the overdraft, he investigated the matter & determined that an insurance company unknown to me had made an unusual, but honest mistake, causing the problem in my account. I've got to say that not having to solve a problem myself, not getting charged an overdraft fee & being personally contacted with an offer of assistance is a very welcome change from my experience with other banks. Santi, Andrew, and the entire staff at the West End branch are always friendly and helpful. Besides the personal service, one of the reasons I chose Avenue is for the ability to use ATMs worldwide without incurring withdrawal fees. It is a huge advantage over other banks, and when problems arise abroad, personal attention is always given. When I had a dispute with an ATM withdrawal in South America, Santi helped me to work through the process and recover my money. Avenue provides a personal touch that I have not experienced with any other bank.

Love the staff at the West End Branch! I went to open 3 new accounts and they were amazing! They all had a smile on their face and were truly there to help us with OUR banking needs. The Avenue Bank has an awesome atmosphere ....not like a normal stuffy bank where you feel like you have to talk quiet and hurry up so they can serve the next person! I just wanted to say THANK YOU Mallory and Santi for all of your help and the wonderful experience. I look forward to our business banking relationship for many years to come!

As a former marketing executive, I suggest you change the company slogan to: The Difference is Unreal! That, in short, is what my experience with refinancing my home through Avenue Bank has been. Jeff Tucker's expertise was evident, but his service was unreal. There were personal reasons driving this refinance and Jeff took them to heart and put the pedal to the metal. We closed inside of two weeks. Unreal! . . . I have never, ever had this kind of banking experience. You guys Rule.

I went to see April at Avenue Bank on Carothers and she set up some new accounts for me. She is awesome! Love the decor and atmosphere! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Cool hummingbird guitar sitting in the lobby. AND, I'm excited about the online banking features you offer. Far better than the bank I've been using the last 10 years!
